KISS

Restaurateur Matthias Gloppe’s latest food venture, delivering California’s flavor to Paris, has opened near Strasbourg Saint-Denis in Paris. KISS, this new street-food spot, naturally follows Gloppe’s Echo restaurant in the Sentier district, which has been serving Santa Monica-inspired cuisine to Parisians since its opening. KISS, a fusion of Californian and Parisian styles, is primarily a takeaway spot. It also offers a small terrace with two tables for outdoor dining.
