The latest establishment from Chef Mehdi Favri, showcases his continued expertise in vegetarian cuisine. This time, he has crafted a menu centered around artisanal fresh pasta. At Fellows, the focus is on handcrafted pasta, prepared on-site using French agroecological flour. The menu features a diverse array of pasta shapes, complemented by approximately ten meticulously crafted recipes featuring savory sauces that elevate each dish to a memorable culinary experience.

Located on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis in a neo-70’s decor, the atmosphere here is ultra-cool, the prices are low, and the pleasure is immense!

The vibrant green façade of Fellows sets the tone immediately! Upon entering, you’ll instantly know you’ll return. The interior, designed by Juliette Rubel (also behind Maslow), features a striking contrast between the black and white checkerboard tile floor and a long, elegant brown marble bar. There’s no need for reservations—simply make yourself comfortable on the leather banquettes, around the spacious stainless steel table, at the counter for a quick pasta bite, or on the charming terrace. But wait, there’s more: the stunning basement houses the pasta lab and boasts a large marble table, perfect for group gatherings.
