Caviar Kaspia

Iconic restaurant with world class caviar and seafood. This intimate spot in Paris’s eighth arrondissement has turned the simple baked potato, albeit topped with spoonfuls of caviar, into a favorite dish of the fashionable crowd—including Beyoncé and Valentino Garavani—for nearly 90 years. The restaurant was first opened by Russian immigrant Arcady Fixon in 1927, and moved to its current location in 1953. It still reflects the style and culture of the time before the revolution, and it has many impressive items from its founder.
