Zum Schwarzen Kameel

Since its founding in 1619 by Johann Baptist Cameel, “Zum Schwarzen Kameel” has been a mainstay in the heart of Vienna, known for its traditional charm and high-quality Austrian cuisine. By 1825, it had become a court supplier and a social hub for nobility and artists. Reportedly, even Napoleon visited, allegedly ordering wine and specialties without settling the bill.
