Violet is a small, independent bakery-café in East London, established in 2005. Adopting a California style, we blend French and British baking traditions with high-quality organic ingredients. Our founder, Claire Ptak, brings her San Francisco upbringing to our seasonal offerings, which include fresh fruit, dark chocolate, espresso, and rich dairy.
