A small-scale coffee roaster, established in 2006 by Colombian native Steven Sutton. Devoción prides itself on offering the freshest coffee, maintained by importing dry-milled coffee beans from Colombia and roasting them on-site at their Williamsburg location. If you’re planning to sit, arrive early. The place can get crowded with remote workers by 11am.
