Criollo

Since 2016, Criollo offers authentic Oaxaqueña cuisine using local and seasonal ingredients. The daily-changing seven-course tasting menu includes snacks, a salad, daily catch, and desserts. Housed in a bohemian UNESCO heritage house, guests enter the courtyard dining room via the kitchen, where tortillas are freshly made on wood-burning ovens.
