This is an opportunity to enjoy upscale street food in comfort. The shrimp taco was generously filled, a delightful challenge to tackle, with plenty of quesillo cheese and rajas de chile piled onto a tostada. The cazon (dogfish) tostada, uncommon in this region, brought to mind the fish often featured on menus in Campeche.
