Raymond Plat (a familiar name from 212), alongside Niels Leijssenaar, Roderick Kunst, and Willem Alberts, have joined forces to forge what is destined to be an Amsterdam staple, comparable to the likes of Rijsel, De Kas, or Buffet van Odette. They offer an a la carte menu – a somewhat uncommon feature among the city’s top-tier restaurants today – featuring primarily French-inspired cuisine with occasional dips into Mediterranean flavors.
