Poodle Bar & Bistro

Located in the heart of South Fitzroy, Melbourne, within a stretch of Victorian terraces, Poodle Bar & Bistro welcomes guests into a contemporary take on ‘chiaroscuro’, offering patrons spaces to mingle or retreat. The Bar presents a variety of spaces, each exuding its unique personality. Some areas resemble inviting caves. Prior to opening Poodle, head chef Josh Fry spent seven years cooking at some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, including Andrew McConnell’s neighbouring wine bar Marion, and Cumulus Inc in Flinders Lane.
