Desde 1911

Opened in 2022, Desde 1911 is a sophisticated seafood restaurant in Madrid. Owned by Pescaderías Coruñesas, the city’s top seafood distributor, it’s split into three sections: a main dining room, a garden courtyard, and a private dining area. Head chef Diego Murciego’s menu features artfully presented starters, a fish main, and a cheeseboard or dessert from a selection of over 60 cheeses. All seafood is served within 24 hours of being caught, with standout dishes including Norwegian salmon and scallops, Galician lobster, and whole sea bass from Ribeira.
