“Las Tortillas de Gabino”

Mick Jagger’s favourite restaurant, Las Tortillas, is a renowned establishment in Madrid’s gastronomic scene. Part of the La Ancha Group, it’s the first venture of chef Nino Redruello. Since 2005, it’s been known for exceptional cuisine, especially its namesake tortillas, credited to former cook Gabino.
