The New Opasły Tom

The Kręglicki family has significantly influenced Warsaw’s gastronomy, launching the city’s first modern restaurants 20 years ago. Their latest venture, Opasły Tom, is one of Warsaw’s most beautiful restaurants, with a design likely to win international architectural awards. The kitchen is run by Flavia Borawska, who trained in Florence, London, and Copenhagen. The Kręglicki family also supports local eco-producers through a weekly food market at Forteca.
