Ritmo

In January 2024, Michelin-star restaurant Arkestra, launched Ritmo, a bistro located in a 1960s villa in Istanbul. Designed by architect Tayfun Mumcu, the 32-cover dining room features mirrored ceilings and custom-made carpets. Its menu by Chef Cenk Debensason includes small plates and a wide selection of wines and cocktails. Signature dishes include fresh oysters with champagne sabayon, and churros with spicy chocolate sauce. The wines are sourced from independent producers locally and internationally. Ritmo also houses a separate bar for cocktails and features playlists by Co-founder Debora Ipekel. Walk-ins are welcome, and the venue is suitable for private events.
