Le Petit Célestin in Paris is a 1930s-style bistro with formica tables, moleskine seating, and a colorful tile floor. It serves dishes like lukewarm herring, lentil-bacon salad, and pigeon terrine, and offers a sunny terrace with views of the Seine and Ile Saint Louis. The bistro is owned by brothers yanice and jaïs Mimoun and is a local favorite.
