Biarritz is a renowned luxury town on the Bay of Biscay, in France’s Basque Country. It’s well-known for its beautiful beaches, luxurious lifestyle, and surf culture and beaches, notably the Côte des Basques, where European surfing was born in 1956. Other attractions include the Lighthouse, Sea Museum, and Casino Municipal.
